If you need someone who knows more about the business than just plugging in numbers into a PC, then you have to talk to Ketih. He will walk you through the possibilities and sometimes realities (:-) of what it may look like for you in securing your loan.

I have refinanced many times in my life with banks and even online mortgage sources. I was looking for a refinance rate that was at 5.5% when market rates were around 6.5%. Keith contacted me in March and could get me to 5.75% when I could not find anything below 6.25% online or at banks. I asked him to keep my contact info and to call me when it hit 5.5%. He called me back 6 months later when there was a 2 day bounce down and he locked me below what I agreed to with him. Most banks and brokers would have stuck with our agreement and taken the profits. Keith did what was best for me, the customer. I immediately referred a few friends and at least 3 of them worked with him too. I highly recommend Keith and Lilian for the lowest rates and the easiest process. Most important though is that they are people you can trust.
